Kai Musk is not well known, the son of billionaire Elon Musk, born from the second set of multiple births from his first marriage.
The tech mogul is quite private about his personal life, and his children keep a low profile.

Who is Kai Musk?
Nineteen-year-old Kai Musk is one of triplet siblings, Saxon and Damian, born on January 1st, 2006, to Canadian author Justine Wilson and Elon Musk. Kai Musk’s real name is Kai Musk, as he does not have a middle name or any other name.
Kai has citizenship in South Africa, from Elon’s side, Canada, from Justine’s side, and the United States, where he was born.
This was Musk’s first marriage. The couple wed in 2000 and divorced in 2008.
The triplets were born two years after the birth of twins, Vivian and Griffin.
Sadly, the couple’s firstborn, Nevada Alexander, passed away at ten weeks old in 2002 due to SIDS (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome).
It is unknown how Nevada was conceived; however, it appears that the twins and the triplets were conceived via IVF.

Kai Musk’s Education
Musk’s children have grown up in an atmosphere where innovation and industry are not only nurtured but encouraged.
According to Walter Isaacson’s 2023 biography of the SpaceX billionaire, Kai is as passionate and focused as his father.
Isaacson also states that 5’4” Kai is innately curious about technology and has joined his father frequently at SpaceX rocket launches in Cape Canaveral.
In 2014, Elon Musk pulled his children, including Kai, from private school and enrolled them in his newly founded school, Ad Astra, which is Latin for “to the stars.”
Initially, the school was located on the SpaceX campus and had fifty students.
Not long after the inauguration of Ad Astra, the school transitioned to an online school, Astra Nova.
According to reports, the online school doesn’t have a grading system. Nevertheless, it does offer courses in Artificial Intelligence (AI), applied science, and coding.
However, in a 2021 interview with the Clubhouse app, Mr. Musk admitted that most of his children’s education has come from sources outside of school.
He said,
“Well, my observation is my kids were mostly educated by YouTube and Reddit, and then you know, and their – I guess – classmates. And I guess there were lessons as well, but judging by the amount of time they spent online, it seemed like most of their education is actually coming from online.”
Therefore, it appears that Kai Musk, one of Elon Musk’s eldest sons, along with his siblings, did not receive a formal education during part of his childhood.
Where Does Kai Musk Live Now?
Although he is a prominent public figure, Elon Musk remains quite private about his personal life, only sharing personal details with those closest to him.
As such, not much is known about his children’s residences, including Kai Musk’s.
Mr. Musk has moved most of his businesses’ headquarters to Texas, and currently resides in a mansion in Austin, which, according to the New York Times, is a 10-minute walk from a 14,400 square foot Tuscan-style villa he purchased.
He has also purchased a couple of adjoining properties, which he hopes to develop into a three-mansion compound where his children and their three mothers can live.
Together, the properties were acquired for $35 million.
At the moment, it appears only Shivon Zilis, an executive at Neuralink and mother to the couple’s twins, Strider and Azure, and daughter, Arcadia, lives in the compound with the children.
It is unknown where Kai resides or if he will be moving to the compound along with his siblings.
