The eldest of George Foreman’s sons is George Foreman, Jr. He runs the family business, George Foreman Enterprises, alongside his father, and has produced boxing matches and television shows.
George Foreman III, nicknamed Monk, was born on January 23, 1983. He is one of two children who followed their father’s career path and became a professional boxer in 2009. He holds an impressive 18-0 record.

The Daughters of George Foreman
As mentioned, George Foreman has five biological daughters and two adopted daughters. He adopted Isabella Brenda Lilja Foreman and Courtney Isaac Foreman in 2012, both of whom are currently in high school (as of this writing).
The eldest of George Foreman’s daughters is Michi Foreman. She is the only child of George Foreman and his first wife, Adrienne Calhoun. She is reportedly a singer and an education advocate.
Freeda Foreman was born on October 16, 1976. She is the other child who followed in her father’s footsteps in professional boxing in 2000. Sadly, she died in 2019 in an apparent suicide.
