Basic (Typical) Plan
Choice Home Warranty’s Basic Plan covers water heaters, garbage disposals, whirlpool bathtubs, garage door openers, exhaust fans, ceiling fans, and kitchen appliances, such as range and oven, stove, cooktop, dishwasher, and built-in microwave.
It also covers heating systems and ducts, plumbing systems (including plumbing stoppage), and electrical systems.
Total Plan
The company’s Total Plan covers your air conditioning unit, refrigerator, and clothes washer and dryer, as well as everything covered by the Basic Plan.
Add-Ons
Choice Home Warranty knows there may be unique items not covered by its Basic or Total Plans.
