Tiny little baby, so precious and small,
Before I know it, across my floor you will crawl.
One finger, two fingers, three fingers, four,
Fourteen blissful days of snuggles and ignoring the door.
Ticklish toes, as they wave in the air,
dainty little hands as they pull on my hair.
I’m treasuring these moments, as you grow before my eyes,
I’m on cloud nine, floating through the stars and skies.
I will hold you, hug you and squeeze you tight,
For I’ll never again have this beautiful night.

Beautiful poem x
Gorgeous words! And a gorgeous girl they’re written about too, been spying on your new arrival on snapchat!
Aww this is so lovely. It makes me even more excited for the arrival of my next baby. It’s scary how fast they grow though. I’ll be sure to soak up the newborn moments as best as I can.
What a beautiful poem. You are doing just the right thing by making the most of your precious baby! 🙂
Such a beautiful poem. I love the last line so lovely. They grow too quickly xx
